Shipments are made on Monday and Tuesday only. Orders must be in by 3:00 PM EST of the preceding shipping day. Due to a great many factors inherent in deliveries and beyond our control exact delivery times cannot be known. Customers do not need to be home to accept deliveries. Deliveries will be made via UPS Ground or FEDEX Ground services.
Green Seasons Nursery guarantees all plant products are grown to specifications and standards commensurate with the horticultural practices of our industry. As these are live plants and are perishable, we cannot be responsible for the condition of the plants after leaving our facilities. Plants are graded and packaged to prevent damage from shipment. Upon receipt of plants the customer should open and inspect contents of the container and remove plants from the container. You should not leave live plants in these containers for a prolonged period as this could cause permanent damage and even death to the plants.
